Armstrong B1672-6; Armstrong bucket mechanism and seat for models 214, 814, and 864 inverted bucket traps with a 9/32" orifice and 180 pound operating pressure. Bucket mechanisms and seats (also known as pressure change assemblies) are the lever and seat assemblies that attach to the bucket. With the inverted bucket attached to this mechanism, the steam pressure within the bucket keeps the lever up, in turn keeping the seat closed when steam is present. When the steam cools and turns to a liquid state, the trap fills with condensate causing the bucket to drop and this opens the seat to allow the condensate and air to drain
