C1915 Photostint "Aerial Bridge, Duluth, Minn." Hand Colored Postcard

Description

This is a hand colored "Photostint" postcard of an "Aerial Bridge, Duluth, Minn."  I can't figure out what the bridge is good for as there is no way to drive or walk across it.  The card has never been used and has some smudges from its life in an album.  It is otherwise in fine condition.
