All Incense sticks are handmade! We use
grade A fragrance oils to aide in our process of making the
best possible scented Incense Sticks
OUR PROCESS
For every order it takes
approximately
24-48 hours for the incense stick to absorb the scent, depending on
the size of the order.
We then allow the scented incense sticks to dry for another 24-48 hours for optimal burning.
(If the incense sticks are still a little wet upon arrival, take
them
out of their bag and lay them in a sunny area to allow the complete drying of the sticks.)
After we count 25 sticks for every package, and 4 packs for ever order of 100.

For the record she retired(she is my mom) and asked my wife and I if we wanted to
continue on, so off I went to Pennsylvania packed up her shop and moved it to Florida.
We use the same recipes she has used for 15 years of success and are really proud to
continue on what she worked so hard to do.   We are a family owned business that takes
pride in what we do. .

Returns are accepted on unopened and unused product only. Returns on oils, Incense and wax melts will be weighed, counted and checked for any alterations. Any all shipping charge will be deducted from the final refund.
Any custom work on a license plate will forfeit the chance for a return, We sent you and approval and you accepted. If you did not respond within 24 hours off approval it is considered approved.
