We process our Palo as soon as it arrives from Ecuador or Peru and store it in food grade gasket sealed airtight buckets with screw on lids to preserve freshness and aroma. Pictures are included of our storage bucket, notice the black sealing o-ring in the cover and the locking red tab on top of the cover that insures the cover stays tight.
