Addressed to Mr. Chas. Sticha, Lankin, North Dakota from his cousin Bob.
AZO with triangles, 2 up, 2 down in stamp box (1918-1930).
BONUS:  I will include a postcard of Sunset Resort, 2 miles NE of Osakis on Hwy 27.
Standard size:
approximately 3.5 x 5.5 inches.
(Using the standard grading system of Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair).

Mint = Perfect card; no marks, bends or creases.
Near Mint = Like Mint but very light aging or very slight discoloration.  Not as sharp or crisp.
Excellent = No bends or creases; no rounded or blunt corners.  May be postally used.
Very Good = Corners may be just a bit blunt or rounded.  Almost undetectable crease or bend that does not detract
from overall appearance of the picture side.
Good = Corners may be noticeably blunt or rounded with noticeably slight bends or creases.
Fair = Card is intact.  Excess soil, stains, creases, writing or cancellation may affect picture.
