Description

Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Diesel 24V air heaters are designed for:
heating the interior of the vehicle (cab, interior, cargo compartment and cargo)
defrosting the Windows of the cab/interior
when installing additional options – ventilation of the interior of the vehicle.
Air Top 2000 ST heaters are not allowed for heating trucks carrying dangerous goods. The heaters operate independently of the car engine and are connected to the fuel tank and the vehicle's on-Board network. These heaters can be used in vehicles with both air and liquid - cooled engines.

The principle of operation of the air heater Webasto Air Top 2000 ST.
When the heater is turned on, the glow pin is turned on. The fan motor of the heated air and combustion air starts working at 50% power. After 40 seconds, the metering pump is switched on and flame formation begins. For the best start-up result, the metering pump and the combustion air blower start working at different frequencies and speeds. After 95 (petrol) or 110 (diesel) seconds, the glow pin is switched off and the flame sensor monitors the combustion process.Gorenje
During Gorenje, gases generated during the combustion process pass through the heat exchanger. In this case, the heat from them is transmitted through the walls of the heat exchanger to the heating air supplied by the supercharger further to the heated room.
